According to a media report, apparently the actress has bought a new office space in Mumbai’s Andheri area. Amid the buzz around her plans of selling her bungalow in Bandra, this new purchase looks like a new investment.
It is reported that she bought the property for Rs 1.56 Cr in Mumbai’s Andheri. As per documents accessed by Hindustan Times, the office space was sold to the a actress at a per sq ft rate of Rs 38,391 sq ft on carpet. The transaction took place on August 23, when Kangana paid a stamp duty of Rs 9.37 lakhs. It was earlier claimed that Ranaut put her Bandra property on sale for Rs 40 Cr. While the rumour states to be true, the actress is yet to react to the news.
