The horrific murder case of Indore-based businessman Raja Raghuvanshi in Meghalaya has shocked everyone. Among the suspected people, his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi and her alleged lover Raj Kushwaha remain on top. In recent updates, actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut has reacted to this viral case and shared her outrage at the chilling murder. Ranaut said that she was not able to wrap her head around the incident.
Kangana Ranaut Reacts To Raja Raghuvanshi’s Death
On Monday, June 10, Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “How absurd is this!! A woman can’t say no to marriage because she is scared of her own parents, but she can plan a cold-blooded murder with supari killers.” She questioned the intent behind Sonam’s alleged actions and said that while she couldn’t oppose her marriage, she somehow managed to plan a barbaric murder.
She went on to criticise Sonam even more by calling her ‘dumb.’ The Emergency actress advised against such people’s uncertainty since, unlike competent people, they are unaware of the implications of their acts. Read her statement in the picture below.
About The Case
A 29-year-old businessman from Indore went missing on his honeymoon in Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills. His wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, also went missing. Raja’s body was later found on June 2, in a gorge near the Weisawdong waterfalls. Investigations further revealed that it was allegedly Sonam who planned the murder with her lover, Raj Kushwaha. She was found at a dhaba in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. ‘
According to reports, she surrendered herself to a local police station after being on the run for 17 days. Initially, she confessed to the murder, but then refused any part in it, saying she was abducted. However, after seeing her boyfriend on the video call, she broke down and confessed to the murder once again.
