Kangana Ranaut has recently stepped into the world of politics and even emerged victorious during the Lok Sabha 2024 elections. She is now the MLA of Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh. When she won the election, many people assumed she would quit the filmmaking world to focus more on her political career but she debunked all such rumours and assured her fans she was going nowhere and also has now released the trailer for her much-anticipated movie Emergency. While sharing the trailer Kangana Ranaut also shared a heartfelt note on her Instagram stories talking about what the movie means to her on a personal level.

She took to her Instagram account and shared, “From the conception of the idea to see the film on the big screen, nothing is more gratifying than being a film-maker. Today is a very special day, on the trailer launch of my directorial Emergency, the journey of Emergency from me to you begins. I can’t be happier a piece of me will live in the world long after I am gone. Happy to extend myself to you all, waiting to be a part of you all, nothing is more intimate than telling a story. More Details On Emergency
For the unversed, Emergency is a biographical political drama film directed by none other than Kangana Ranaut who has also co-produced it. It is based on the life of Indira Gandhi and is slated to release on September 6, 2024. The supporting cast of the movie includes Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhry, Milind Soman and the late Satish Kaushik.
