Kangana Ranaut Calls Out Nora Fatehi’s ‘Sarke Chunar,’ Says Bollywood Has Crossed All Limits

In recent events, a song from KD: The Devil called ‘Sarke Chunar’ featuring Nora Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt has been making headlines after getting backlash for its regressive lyrics and choreography. And amid this hatred, actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut has also lashed out at the song, accusing Bollywood of crossing the limits of ‘vulgarity.’ Read to know more about what she said here.
Kangana Ranaut On ‘Sarke Chunar’ Song
In a chat with ANI, Kangana Ranaut said, “Bollywood has gone overboard with obscenity, tactics, and attention-seeking. The entire country has condemned and reprimanded them. But I don’t think they feel any shame. There needs to be even more stringent rules about the exposure of such vulgarity and obscenity…I believe Bollywood will have to be reined in.” Before this, Armaan Malik also shared his shock at the lyrics of the song.

Taking to his X (Previously Twitter) account, Armaan Malik wrote that he could not believe the lyrics and said that commercial songs had reached a ‘new low.’ ‘Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke’ will appear in Prem’s forthcoming pan-India Kannada film, KD: The Devil. The song’s opening lyric is a double entendre that depicts sex in graphic detail. Anand Audio, the film’s official music partner, has uploaded the song in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. As of Wednesday, the Hindi version of the song was no longer available on YouTube.
