Kangana Ranaut’s directorial film Emergency has been postponed many times, however, finally, the wait is over for the fans. The actor-turned-BJP MP announced the release date of her next big project India’s former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Kangana Ranaut shared a poster from the upcoming film and announced the release date which is going to be in September, this year.
Kangana Ranaut Announces Release Date For Emergency
Emergency has been Kangana Ranaut’s dream project as a director. However, there was never a release date for the film even after many poster and teaser releases. That wait is finally over because the actress shared the big news on June 25, Tuesday through her social media handle. She shared a poster of herself as the protagonist Indira Gandhi. In the caption, Kangana announced the release date of this film which is going to be September 6, 2024. The caption also read, “The Explosive Saga of The Most Controversial Episode of The History of Indian Democracy.” Emergency will be released in theatres on the day mentioned above.
The film is directed by Kangana Ranaut and has stars like Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik, Shreyas Talpade and Mahima Chaudhary among others. The prosthetics used in the film look kaafi promising too, and fans are looking forward to the film. Reacting to the date announcement post, many fans hoped that it would be a blockbuster at the movies. Others praised Kangana Ranaut for making the film.
