Being a celebrity in today’s time isn’t easy with the public eye on your every step. From pap videos to fan edits, people will criticise one for anything and everything that they do, and this, Bollywood star Kajol has become a victim to such negativity. She recently attended a high-end event wearing a stunning black body-hugging dress, but the internet couldn’t handle her charm and instead body-shamed her for wearing the same. Read to know more about it here.

Kajol Body-Shamed Online

Bollywood actor Kajol was seen wearing a body-hugging black dress with a metallic neckline with some high heels. With wavy hair and minimal makeup, she exuded a beautiful smile in each video. While many praised her edgy look, others had the audacity to body-shame the actor in public with comments like, “Is she pregnant?” Many left unflattering comments under several videos of the actor shaming her for showing off her body. But this behaviour did not go unchecked by fellow actor Mini Mathur.

Actor Mini Mathur stepped in and defended Kajol and even called out the paparazzi zooming into the actor’s body in order to get views. She wrote, “How dare you zoom in on her body???? She doesn’t owe you guys eternal youth. You don’t get to decide how she should look.” For Kajol, however, the loudness seemed unlikely to be a distraction. True to her brave spirit, she is prepared to return to the screen in the upcoming second season of The Trial: Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha. She will reprise her role as Noyonika Sengupta, a housewife forced to resume her legal career after her husband, played by Jisshu Sengupta, is imprisoned.
