On August 17, while performing in São Paulo, Eunho faced a shocking moment. In a video which has gone viral, a female fan is seen grabbing him and trying to kiss him as the group leaves the venue. The incident left Eunho visibly shaken and fans quickly expressed their anger and called for better protection for idols.

Brand New Music responded on social media and addressed the incident. The agency stated that some fans got too close to Eunho after the performance and put his safety at risk. They urged everyone to keep a respectful distance during events to ensure the well-being of both artists and fans.
The agency also asked to promote a positive fan culture and added that such behaviour harms everyone involved. This incident took place during a Brazilian tour and has sparked outrage and calls for change.

Earlier, BTS’s Jin experienced a similar incident. A woman kissed him without consent during an event and later bragged about it online. The post caused a massive uproar among fans, who found her actions disrespectful.
Following which, fans took action and a petition was filed. Authorities worked with Interpol to track down the woman, identified as being in her 50s, and she was charged with s*xual harassment after a seven-month investigation.
