On October 15, TWICE members Nayeon, Momo, Tzuyu, and Jihyo made history as the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Fans loved their shiny and stylish outfits. But some people didn’t like Nayeon’s outfit. They said she showed too much of her body.

Others thought TWICE’s clothes were actually more modest compared to other performers. They also said that it’s her choice and netizens shouldn’t pass such mean comments. Therefore, the reactions towards her outfit were divided.
Well, the criticism wasn’t just about clothes. Some people who watched the show said the group’s singing wasn’t good and they sounded tired. The negative feedback spread fast on the internet.
To address the singing complaints, Tzuyu took to Bubble, a fan messaging app, to explain what happened. She shared that she was sick before the show, which hurt her throat badly. Even though she practised hard with her vocal coach, her voice got worse in New York, and she could barely sing during the performance.
Her honest words moved many fans, who showed support for her and the group, praising their effort despite the tough situation. However, others kept on criticising their performance.
