K-pop Star Felix Fights Back, Sues Online User For Spreading False Rumours

As reported by Koreaboo, the K-pop idol decided to sue an anonymous user for posting harmful lies about him. Court documents revealed that the user made multiple false claims on March 8, March 15, and May 24. These posts accused Felix of mistreating staff and acting arrogantly.

The K-pop idol stated that these untrue statements hurt his feelings, caused him stress, and damaged his image as a singer. He first tried to resolve the issue by filing a lawsuit in a Seoul court, but the case couldn’t move forward because the user’s identity was unknown.

To push the case forward, Felix turned to a U.S. court for help. On September 5, 2025, a court in California allowed him to request personal information about the anonymous user. This information would help identify the person behind the posts so Felix could continue his lawsuit in Korea. With this, he’ll be able to hold the person accountable for their actions.
