Stray Kids’ Felix Goes Viral For Gently Addressing Parasocial Fan’s Comment!

It becomes concerning as fans forget the line between supporting an artist and treating them like a partner. During a video call fansign, a fan shared that her mother was arranging dates for her, but she loves Felix. In response, Felix acknowledged her feelings but gently explained the difference between real-life connections and imagination. In his words, “”Ahh… that’s very sweet, but it’s the difference between someone who thinks in reality and someone who thinks in imagination.”
She talked about Felix to her mom all the time so her mom arranged her a blind date 😭

The K-pop idol’s response went viral across social media platforms. Fans praised his answer totally. Many appreciated how he reminded everyone that parasocial bonds are not actual relationships. Fans also started talking about healthy ways to support idols. Earlier, Stray Kids’ leader Bang Chan also addressed fan behaviour during a livestream. A fan asked him to stop correcting the fandom, but he explained he only does when fans don’t behave nicely. The K-pop idol expressed his frustration over fans interrupting major events like concerts or ignoring instructions. Bang Chan added that he supports fans but won’t excuse harmful and chaotic actions.
