Recently, a big fanpage of the K-pop group spoke out online. They said SM Entertainment is treating fans badly and making unfair changes. But what exactly happened? As per reports, it all started when the company said that every person must show a real ID card at the door. No phone photos or copies will work. They also said staff might ask for more personal information.

So, what’s the issue? Well, fans aren’t mad about the staff checking IDs. Many think it is a good way to stop people from selling tickets for too much money. The real problem is the timing. Tickets went on sale long ago, and no one said anything about these strict rules back then. Most fans already have their tickets and have made travel plans. Now, with only a little time left, SM changed everything without warning.
Shawols feel cheated. They spent a lot of money and waited excitedly for months. Changing the rules so late feels wrong and disrespectful.
Because of this, fans are taking action. They are trending hashtags on X (Formerly Twitter). Not just this, they also want the label to apologise and take back the new rules or else it will spoil their entire day.

As of now, the company hasn’t released an official statement and Minho has also not said anything. However, fans feel that their idol will understand them and take necessary actions.
