Mingyu Discovered A Passion For Real Estate Investments During Covid-19

On a recent episode of Jang Do Yeon’s YouTube show, Salon Drip 2, Mingyu shared that he started studying to become a real estate agent during Covid-19. With tours cancelled and the group in quarantine every two weeks, he had a lot of free time. Sitting at home, he couldn’t just play games or watch TV all day. So, he decided to order a study programme called Eduwill to prepare for the real estate licence exam.

Following which, the host asked why he picked such a serious course. In response, Mingyu stated that it wasn’t just about passing the test. He had a growing interest in real estate and investments. So, the K-pop idol wanted to understand how to manage his money wisely. Learning the terms and ideas behind real estate felt important to him, even if he could hire someone else to handle it.

As per reports, he was so serious that he took lessons to understand it better. Also, though he never took the final exam to get the licence, he gained lots of knowledge about real estate. Well, fans were relieved to hear he didn’t give up his love for music and performing.

On the work front, Mingyu and S. Coups are set to showcase their charm and powerful energy as a subunit with their mini album HYPE VIBES. It is set to release on September 29.
