BTS ARMY Goes Wild As ‘What Is Your Love Song’ Takes Over Seongsu Buildings Ahead Of BTS’ ARIRANG Era!

The promotions for BTS’ highly anticipated comeback are on another level, and it makes absolute sense. The legendary boy band is finally releasing a full album after completing their mandatory service and now a mysterious setup in Seongsu-dong has made their fans, aka ARMYs, very excited. But what is all the buzz about? Read on to know all about it.

On February 9, pictures went viral on social media. They showed a whole building in Seongsu-dong covered with red and white tape. The tape had the words “What Is Your Love Song?” printed over and over. Fans noticed the colours and design looked just like the ones used for ARIRANG announcements. Then, a Spotify page appeared with an EP named “What Is Your Love Song”. It had six silent tracks. Each track lasted exactly 58 seconds. Fans quickly said 5 + 8 = 13, which matches BTS’ debut date in June 2013. The track titles talked about different kinds of love, like love for yourself, for fans, romance, healing, one-sided love, and old memories. This made everyone think it links to the album’s big message about love.

Also, the words “What Is Your Love Song?” appeared before on the official BTS website. When fans click on Jin, his voice asks, “What is your ARIRANG?” In Korean folk songs, “Arirang” means something close to “my beloved”.

BTS always shows love in many ways, which includes caring for fans, growing as a person, and finding peace. Fans think the song with this title will feel warm, honest, and comforting and will touch hearts deeply.
