Jay’s Blunt Reaction To “ENHYPEN Is 7” Comments During Birthday Livestream Goes Viral
On April 20, 2026, ENHYPEN member Jay went live on Weverse to celebrate his birthday with fans worldwide. The vibe was cheerful as the K-pop idol greeted fans with a huge smile and thanked them for their wishes. However, later, the mood changed when many people started flooding the comment section with “ENHYPEN is 7.” Not just this, they even asked him if he missed Heeseung.
Following which, Jay took a moment to calmly address the situation. He told them that he usually tries to ignore such comments and does not let them affect him personally. However, he made it clear that ENHYPEN remains the same whether there are six or seven members.
At the same time, Jay gently pointed out that these messages could hurt the feelings of the other members, especially on important days like birthdays. Hence, he politely asked fans to stop spamming and to be more thoughtful moving forward.
Well, many ENGENEs felt sad that the K-pop idol’s birthday live was interrupted in this manner. They urged others to think twice before ruining other idols’ days. ENGENEs also emphasised supporting the group no matter what.
