Here’s Why Fans Think BLACKPINK Won’t Renew Contracts And Will Disband Soon

On January 26, BLACKPINK held their final DEADLINE concert in Hong Kong. Towards the end of the show, the members got very emotional. Videos showed them crying and hugging each other on stage. These videos went viral and made many fans worried. Since BLACKPINK’s group contract with YG Entertainment ends in 2026, some people started thinking that the group won’t renew their contracts and will part ways.

However, not everyone thinks the same. Many fans say that everyone becomes sad after a tour ends. Blinks believe BLACKPINK is just taking a break from group projects and will focus more on solo endeavours now. Similarly, during the show, RosƩ asked everyone to enjoy every moment because they would miss this feeling for a while. She said it was a great honour to perform for them and called the night a celebration of their almost 10-year journey and thanked BLINKs for all the love and memories they created together.
