EXO-CBX Counters SM Entertainment’s Latest Claims, Shares Their Side!
The trio’s former agency stated that legal issues must be solved first. They said that they were hurt by constant arguments which broke trust and made fans and members sad. Following which INB100 clarified their stance.
They said EXO-CBX still intends to pay 10% of their earnings. Since the lawsuit is ongoing, they will pay once a deal is reached and the legal process is finished. Furthermore, the talks were based on the idea of EXO working together as a full group. EXO-CBX have clearly said they want to follow the original agreement, have spoken directly with the other members, and are trying to keep being part of the team.
EXO-CBX told SM they would pay 10% of their solo earnings before and after the mediation meeting and were waiting for SM’s final answer. But the amount the mediation group suggested on October 2nd was unfair and didn’t match what either side had agreed to, so both sides refused to accept it at the session.
Therefore, when the papers arrived, both sides officially disagreed on October 16th. This was just a normal next step, and the claim that EXO-CBX didn’t want an agreement is not true.
