On January 3, 2026, the members went live to celebrate Juhoon’s birthday. During which, fans, aka ‘coers’, asked them questions on love, relationships and dating. In response, the five members Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho, gave honest answers. They talked about topics like kissing and when it is okay to start dating as an adult and even shared their thoughts on marriage.
Following which, one user stated the members should not watch kissing scenes as they are not adults yet. In response, the members mentioned their ages and said that they were almost adults. The discussion continued with James and Martin saying that kissing is fine once someone becomes an adult. They even joked about all the members dating at the same time. Further, James also said that the group was “very experienced”, which raised many people’s eyebrows.

Soon, after the stream ended, clips from their livestream went viral across social media platforms. Some didn’t like James comment on relationships. They said the group should be more careful and should avoid talking about dating or kissing. Others defended CORTIS strongly. They said the members are young and were just having normal talks like any teenager. They also added that K-pop idols are human beings too and should not be stopped from being honest.
