According to Korean media outlets, the K-pop idol bought a luxury home in Cheongdam-dong, one of the fanciest areas in Seoul. It has 29 units and each unit is designed as a duplex. Fans were super excited about the ‘Love Me Again’ singer’s new home at first, but their excitement turned to worry when too many details about the apartment went viral online. Following which, they asked people to stop sharing information and respect the K-pop idol’s privacy to keep him safe.

The worry is intense because of a recent incident with BTS member Jungkook. Reports say a woman tried to break into his home and the ‘Standing Next To You’ singer saw her on his CCTV cameras and alerted the police. When they arrived, she ran toward the underground parking lot but was caught. After that, she claimed to be Jungkook’s friend, which raised more concerns about sasaeng behaviour.
After this, Jungkook spoke out during a live session and warned anyone thinking of trespassing. He made it clear that his home is monitored by cameras, and intruders would be recorded and handed over to the police. The ‘Standing Next To You’ singer stated that no one should enter his property without permission, or they’d face serious consequences.
