The K-pop star said that he never wanted to whine out loud about how unfair it all felt. Even though he was the one who got hurt the most, he had no safe spot to share what was in his heart or mind. G-Dragon was taking a long break from his job at that time, so the whole mess grew bigger and bigger without anyone to stop it. Those two or three months, from the last days of one year right into the start of the next, just slipped away like a bad dream.

He felt nothing inside, like a big empty room, and hope seemed far away. This did not make him want to stand up in front of people and reveal his truth. G-Dragon did not plan any big meeting with news people to tell his side. The pain was quiet but heavy, and having to hold it all in made him angry and tired. He started to ask himself if it was even a good idea to go back to singing and performing.
