On the other hand, they shot a special three-episode show to celebrate the drama’s 10th birthday. On December 1, tvN and channel fullmoon announced the happy news. The special show will feature the cast Hyeri, Go Kyung Pyo, Park Bo Gum, Sung Dong Il, Lee Il Hwa, Ra Mi Ran, Kim Sung Kyun, and others on a two-day and one-night trip. This exciting 10th-anniversary special will premiere on December 19 at 8:40 p.m. (KST), which is 5:10 p.m. (IST).
Well, what makes Reply 1988 so special is its simplicity. Set in the 1980s, it dives into everyday moments and captures the highs and lows of growing up. While watching the show, it felt like we lived in Ssangmun-dong with them.
Notably, Ryu Jun Yeol, who played the character of Kim Jung Hwan, missed the main group filming due to his packed schedule on a new Netflix movie called The Rat.
