The dramas will be based on novels that have become extremely popular in South Korea and around the world. Written by Kim Eon Hee, Iseop’s Romance and A Casual Lie were first published as a webtoon. Later, they were converted into books. Though they work as solitary pieces, the author has confirmed that they’re set in the same universe. In fact, this association is explored in the novels as well.
