On 22 September, a man named Justin Lee Fisher was arrested for trespassing at Travis Kelce’s gated residence in Leawood, Kansas. Fisher, who is a former police officer turned private investigator, was reported to have been attempting to serve legal documents to Taylor Swift on behalf of Justin Baldoni. Justin Baldoni is currently embroiled in a lawsuit against Blake Lively, who is close to Taylor, but the singer has chosen to stay silent about the case. Read on to know more.
Man Sent By Justin Baldoni Arrested For Trespassing At Travis Kelce’s Home To Serve Taylor Swift Deposition Papers
Star Magazine reported that the documents that Justin Lee Fisher was trying to deliver to Swift at her fiancé, Travis Kelce’s residence, were connected to the ongoing Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni trial. Fisher spoke to the magazine after his trespassing attempt failed and said, “I wasn’t hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing my job and possibly losing my (private eye) license.”
This incident comes two days after a federal judge handling the defamation and s*xual assault lawsuit between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni denied a request to depose Taylor Swift in the trial. Star magazine also revealed that, according to a Leawood Police Department police report, the trespassing attempt occurred at 2 AM, and further details of it were not included in the one-page report released by the police department. The document in bold letter stated, “This information is restricted as to use and dissemination.”
