Shocking! Justin Baldoni Claims Blake Lively And Team Faked It Ends With Us Lawsuit To Access Private Info
Justin Baldoni has accused Blake Lively’s camp of masterminding a fabricated lawsuit!

The drama behind the highly anticipated film It Ends With Us has taken a stunning legal turn. In a new twist, actor and producer Justin Baldoni has accused Blake Lively’s camp of masterminding a fabricated lawsuit as part of an elaborate ploy to gain unauthorised access to private communications. Justin Baldoni’s legal team, led by high-profile attorney Bryan Freedman, filed amended claims this week in an ongoing legal clash involving his former PR firm, Jonesworks, and its founder, Stephanie Jones. But what was once perceived as a routine dispute between publicity firms is now being framed as a deliberate, covert operation involving powerful Hollywood names.
What Is The Controversy?
At the heart of the controversy is a 2024 lawsuit filed under the company name Vanzan, which Baldoni’s legal team claims is a front connected to Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. The lawsuit, filed anonymously, naming no defendants and never assigned a judge, was quietly dismissed just one day before Lively lodged a sexual harassment complaint with California’s Civil Rights Department.
According to Freedman, the Vanzan lawsuit was never about legal grievances. Instead, he argues it was a strategic legal maneuver to obtain subpoena powers and collect private text messages and data from Jennifer Abel, a former Jonesworks publicist. That data was reportedly taken from her confiscated phone after her departure from the firm in 2023.
“To suggest that Vanzan didn’t know the names of their own employees or business partners is absurd,” said Freedman. “This wasn’t a real lawsuit, it was a calculated tool to access information they had no right to.” Freedman alleges that the lawsuit’s timing, filed the same day Jones warned a former employee against collaborating with Abel, is no coincidence. He claims Baldoni and his team were completely unaware of the scheme until recently, but now intend to hold every party involved accountable.

Jonesworks, meanwhile, has dismissed the amended filing as baseless. Attorney Kristen Tahler claimed the new claims are a smoke screen to distract from a weakened original case, calling it “a long, disjointed statement with no new facts.” As the case barrels toward a March 2026 trial, the behind-the-scenes fallout from It Ends With Us is becoming more explosive than the film itself.
