Ju Haknyeon Claims He Never Agreed To Terminate Contract, Agency Hits Back!
Ju Haknyeon said his agency is trying to come up with an excuse to cancel his contract.

Recently, Ju Haknyeon took to his Instagram and shared his side of the story. He stated that he has not broken any laws and plans to take legal action against reporters and media outlets who keep writing harmful articles. The former THE BOYZ member also asked to show him proof of prostitution immediately. Ju Haknyeon also said that he never left THE BOYZ and never agreed to end his contract.
He stated that his agency is trying to make it seem like there’s a reason to end his contract, even when there isn’t one. He also claimed that some media outlets are unfairly harming his reputation by mentioning prostitution without any proof. Ju Haknyeon said his agency tried to remove him and demanded money because he was with a famous person privately. When he refused to end his contract, the agency sent a letter saying his contract was terminated due to his fault, ignoring proper procedures and threatening him with damages.
He was scared but felt he couldn’t give up, as quitting might let people be unfairly blamed. So, he stayed quiet hoping the truth would come out, but now he’s speaking up against the agency for unfairly firing him and against the media for spreading false prostitution claims.
THE BOYZ’s Agency Denies Ju Haknyeon’s Claims Over Contract Termination
The agency responded to Ju Haknyeon’s statement and called his claims false and one-sided. They said his actions harmed THE BOYZ’s activities, so they stopped his group participation. After investigating, they ended his contract based on a rule about actions that damage an artist’s dignity and interfere with activities.
They accused Ju Haknyeon of avoiding responsibility and making false statements and warned about legal action if he continues. They will provide evidence to authorities and won’t comment further on his claims. THE BOYZ will continue activities without him, and the label promised to protect the remaining members.
