Johnson Wen, popularly known as Pyjama Man, recently made headlines after he sneaked up on Ariana Grande at the Wicked: For Good premiere in Singapore. Wen sneaked up on Ariana from behind, and she looked visibly shaken. Her co-star Cynthia Erivo stepped up and protected the singer before security rushed in to arrest the man. Johnson Wen, AKA Pyjama Man, Banned From Entering Singapore After Attack On Ariana Grande At Wicked Premiere
On November 13, Johnson Wen, AKA Pyjama Man, jumped over a barricade to reach Ariana Grande during the Wicked premiere in Singapore. The video of Wen showing up, pushing past the crowd and sneaking into the red carpet went viral. Following his stunt, the man was sentenced to nine days in prison on charges of being a public nuisance.

Cynthia Erivo, Ariana’s Wicked co-star who plays Elphaba in the film, quickly stepped in to protect her. Johnson Wen was then arrested by the authorities on charges of public nuisance, to which he pled guilty.
Immigration and Checkpoints Authority has now reported that the Pyjama Man has been deported and barred from entering Singapore due to his actions.
Johnson Wen has a controversial reputation due to his history. The self-labelled “troll” recently described himself as “Troll Most Hated” and captioned his video as “Dear Ariana Grande Thank You for letting me jump on the Yellow Carpet with You.”

Aside from the Wicked incident, the man is known as a serial event crasher. He has crashed several celebrity stages like Katy Perry, The Weeknd and more. The judge who was overseeing Wen’s case slammed him as a “serial intruder.” He said that the man will face the consequences of his actions.
