Janhvi Kapoor has been experimenting a lot with the kind of projects she picking. By taking up projects like Gunjan Saxena, Good Luck Jerry and the latest film Mili, Janhvi has proven that she is not afraid to take risks when it comes to choosing films and wants to push her limits with each project. Now, she is ready to get into the skin of a brand new character with a brand-new film titled Ulajh. She took to her Instagram to share her first look along with a few still with the cast of this political thriller. here are more details about this new project.
Janhvi Kapoor’s new film is titled Ulajh meaning ‘entangled’, and she took to the Gram to drop pictures with the cast of the film, and also announce when she will begin shooting for the project. Dressed in a navy blue cotton saree with a broad red border and paired with a long-sleeved printed blouse, Janhvi Kapoor looked like a determined woman on a mission. Janhvi announced that she will begin shooting for the film at the end of this month.
Interestingly, she is the only female cast member in the film as all others are male. The other cast members include Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Meiyang Chang, Rajesh Tailang, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta and Jitendra Joshi. All the male stars are wearing black bandgala blazers in the pictures. Sharing the pictures, she wrote in the caption that the price of secrets is higher in the world of diplomacy!

Ulajh is helmed by Sudhanshu Saria, and the plot of this patriotic thriller revolves around an IFS officer who gets “entangled” in a political conspiracy while she is far away from home. The plot of the movie surely sounds intriguing as we will get to see Janhvi in a very different light again.
