Actor Janhvi Kapoor is promoting her upcoming crime/thriller film Ulajh alongside Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, and Meiyang Chang. Ulajh is all set to release on August 2. The actor has been giving back-to-back interviews and in a recent one, Kapoor revealed she thinks the concept of situationships is “retarded” and that she doesn’t believe in the concept!
Janhvi Kapoor On Situationships
In a recent interview with Mashable India, Janhvi Kapoor instantly responded in the negative when asked if she had ever been in a situationship. She said that it seemed like a very stupid idea to her. She elaborated by saying that people should either commit to someone because they want to be with them and don’t want to share them, or they don’t like them and don’t have time to waste time dragging them into all that nonsense.
Kapoor who has been dating Shikha Pahariya revealed that she didn’t grasp this intermediate portion. She jokingly concluded by giving every girl a piece of advice that all the guys who leave you hanging, kick them and throw them out. Well, this is very true and we fully agree!

More On Situationships
A situationship is a romantic relationship that lacks a clear definition or commitment. It exists somewhere between a casual fling and a committed partnership. We agree with Janhvi Kapoor in this because even though this new term has gained popularity, this can get pretty depressing. While they may offer a temporary fix for loneliness or companionship, they often leave you feeling emotionally stuck. The lack of definition creates a breeding ground for confusion and resentment. You invest time and energy but miss out on the security and intimacy of a real partnership. Ultimately, situationships delay the pursuit of genuine connection, leaving you yearning for something more fulfilling.
