The 21-year-old recently bought a luxury villa in Seoul’s famous and exclusive Hannam-dong UN Village for 13.7 billion KRW ( approximately 116,637 crores INR). IVE’s Wonyoung Buys Luxury Villa Worth 13.7 billion KRW
IVE’s Wonyoung is the owner of a 13.7 billion luxury villa. According to the real estate industry and the Supreme Court registry records on November 12, Wonyoung purchased a 2,626 sq ft unit in Lucid Haus, located in Yongsan-gu’s Hannam-dong. The villa was bought last March, and the ownership transfer was completed last month.
Reports also suggest that IVE’s Wonyoung made the entire payment for the villa in cash. The seller of the property was Lee Ji Yong, former CEO of Daelim Trading and a second-generation heir of the DL Group conglomerate. People were intrigued to find this link as Wonyoung is close friends with the group’s fourth-generation heiress, Jules Lee Joo Young.

Wonyoung’s villa is located at a prime location featuring gorgeous views of both the Han River and Namsan Tower, and with only 15 units across two buildings. The area is known for exclusivity, offering 24-hour security, private elevators, and top-level privacy, making it one of Seoul’s most sought-after addresses. The residence was previously owned by actress Kim Tae Hee.
IVE’s Wonyoung is one of the most famous K-pop idols of the fourth generation. The 21-year-old is admired for her doll-like visuals and stunning voice. Wonyoung is also the face of many popular brands in Korea, like Dashing Diva, BARREL, and Malto. She is also the brand ambassador of the global fashion house Miu Miu.
