Twitter Calls ‘Ishq Mein Ghayal’ Sasta Version Of ‘The Vampire Diaries’

You know, I feel like the Indian television industry is full of atrangi shows but I will admit that some of the shows have an interesting plot and the cast is also quite good. Well, talking about interesting TV shows, Reem Shaikh, Gashmeer Mahajani, and Karan Kundrra are all set to feature in a thriller-fantasy show titled Ishq Mein Ghayal. But after the release of the promo of the show, many people are saying that it is a rip-off of The Vampire Diaries. They are not wrong, to be honest!

Recently, the makers of Ishq Mein Ghayal dropped the promo of the show. Starring Reem Shaikh, Karan Kundrra, and Gashmeer Mahajani, the series is about a young girl (Reem Shaikh) and her mysterious lover (Gashmeer Mahajani). The promo reveals that Armaan and his brother (Karan Kundrra) are actually werewolves. It will also feature Niyati Fatnani and Arjun Bijlani in cameo roles.

The makers promised that the show is full of mystery, secrets, and romance. All and all, Ishq Mein Ghayal looks like an interesting show but seems like Twitterati is not happy with it and they a genuine reason for it. They are saying that the show is a copy of the popular American show The Vampire Diaries starring Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev, and Paul Wesley in the lead roles. But instead of vampires, Gashmeer and Karan’s characters are werewolves.
