Bollywood’s He-Man, Dharmendra, was recently discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital and is reportedly doing better. He was admitted earlier this month due to age-related issues, following which his alleged deteriorating health surfaced. As confusion about his well-being circulated on social media, his family squashed all fake rumours and announced that he was good.

As per Bollywood Hungama, a source said, “If God is willing, we will be celebrating two birthdays next month — Dharamji’s and Esha’s.” They confirmed that he was feeling better and is all set to celebrate his 90th birthday on December 8, 2025. His family members, including his wife Hema Malini and kids, are planning to celebrate the special occasion.
Dharmendra’s children, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and Esha Deol, have previously visited him in the hospital to check on his health. Wife Hema Malini was also seen visiting. Later, as reports of his ongoing treatment surfaced and speculations spread, Hema Malini and her daughter Esha Deol issued independent statements indicating that he was alive and recovering. Sunny Deol also yelled at the paparazzi standing outside their home not to trouble them in difficult times.
With growing suspicions, the family chose to take the actor home, resulting in his release from the hospital on Tuesday, November 12, after which his family requested solitude once more and begged fans to pray for his good health and long life. Dharmendra, who began his Bollywood career in the 1960s, was last seen in the Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon-led film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and is due to appear in Agastya Nanda’s Ikkis next.
