It all happened after his first wife welcomed their fourth and his overall fifth child on March 24, 2026. Armaan Malik’s first wife, Payal Malik, became pregnant naturally after 15 years of their marriage. The couple described this as a ‘miracle’ because their previous three children were conceived through IVF. After this, both the mother and the newborn baby girl were reported to be healthy. They had previously talked about struggling with IVF for a decade, and that Payl had gone through multiple unsuccessful IVF procedures and had only one functional fallopian tube, making a natural pregnancy highly unexpected after 15 years.
Seven months before welcoming their fourth child, Armaan, Payal, and Kritika were summoned by the Patiala District Court after a petition alleged that he had not two but four marriages. Reportedly, a High Court ordered him to divorce one of his wives in a divorce case for violating the Hindu Marriage Act. Next month, speculations suggested that he would split from Payal and continue his marriage with Kritika, despite Payal being pregnant at the time.

At the same time, they appeared on Bigg Boss OTT 3 and were criticised for their polygamous lifestyle. At one point, his first wife said in a vlog that she was considering parting ways with Armaan due to the mental toll of the hate that they receive. This fuelled the divorce rumours even more, with fans believing that rumours of the YouTuber leaving his pregnant first wife were true. However, they clarified this narrative by appearing together in her maternity shoot.
