Famous Pakistani actress Hania Aamir recently made headlines after many internet users spotted another Instagram account of the actress operating in India. For the unversed, this comes after the Indian government banned Pakistani artists’ social media accounts after the horrific Pahalgam incident in Kashmir. Hania Aamir is currently playing Ayra opposite Abbas Khan in the viral Pakistani drama called Meri Zindagi Hai Tu. And amid this, many spotted her other Instagram account, while her official account remains banned in India. The account had exclusive content, and the username is ‘HaniaPaneer.’ Screenshots of this profile are going viral on Reddit with 23.3k followers already.
One user wrote, “This new account has exclusive content, and a lot of her oldest fan pages, along with Pakistani Twitter users, have confirmed it’s her new account after Naamtosunahoga. How desperate one can get!!” After this, many slammed her move and called her ‘desperate’ and ‘a clout chaser.’ One user wrote, “Indian audience is fool for giving these actors clout,” while another said, “Desperation for views, that country can’t give you enough views, I guess.”
The Indian government banned the interaction of Pakistani celebrities with Indian citizens as a severe measure after the Pahalgam terror attack. Hania Aamir created a new Instagram account under the name of ‘Naamtousunahogaa’, which was accessible to the Indian audience. While back then the Indians loved this move of hers, the Pakistani fans slammed her and accused her of trying to please the Indians and not standing by her country.
Following the backlash, the actress quickly came in and revealed that she was not trying to impress Indians for the sake of work. They also stated that Hania’s previous Instagram account was deleted, so she created a new one that wasn’t set to ‘private’.
