It’s probably not the first time a poster of an Indian film has been called out for looking like an exact copy of a Hollywood film. Well, these comparisons were recently made for the new poster of Stree 2. Internet users quickly found similarities between Stree 2 and Stranger Things posters and strongly believed it was a direct copy. Well, their speculations are believable to some extent. The new poster from Stree 2 starring the lead characters was recently dropped. The Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer is going to release on August 15, Thursday. The poster featured Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee. Now, internet users are pointing out that the Stree 2 poster looks like a copy of Millie Bobby Brown’s starrer Stranger Things. The graphics and design have an uncanny resemblance. Even the placement of the stars on the posters also looks very similar.

These small similarities have convinced internet users that the poster is copied from Stranger Things. However, that has not harmed the buzz around this Dinesh Vijan film. Fans are quite excited to see the film and have already booked their tickets for the show. The film is a sequel to Stree Part 1. Films like Munjya, Bhediya and Roohi are also a part of this Maddock universe.
