The trailer for Rohit Shetty’s series Indian Police Force dropped recently. It stars Shilpa Shetty, Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi in the lead roles and the actors will be seen playing cops. During the trailer launch event, the entire cast gathered and interacted with the media. A fun banter happened between Shilpa Shetty and Rohit Shetty on who is the first lady officer of Shetty’s cop universe. While the director strongly believes it is Deepika Padukone, Shilpa Shetty does not think the same!

During the press conference of the Indian Police Force trailer launch, the interviewer addresses Shilpa Shetty as the first female officer in the Rohit Shetty cop universe. She is excited to hear it and asks the host to say it again because Rohit Shetty does not believe it. There is a fun banter between the actress and the director, and in response, Shetty wishes Deepika Padukone on her birthday.

Shilpa Shetty further talked about her role in the Indian Police Force and why she said yes to the character. The actress said there was nothing to not like about the character and she describes it as “Shero”, not ‘Hero”. Talking about the traits of her character Tara Shetty says she is gritty, badass, passionate and compassionate in her line of work. Shilpa Shetty also revealed that she always wanted to work with Rohit Shetty.

This Indian Police Force series is a new addition to Rohit Shetty’s cop universe and the trailer promises a lot of action, drama and an intriguing hunt. Shilpa will be seen doing a lot of action sequences and we can’t wait to see her in this new avatar.

For the unversed, Deepika Padukone will be coming to the big screens as Lady Singham soon. The first poster of the look was dropped in 2023, and she is giving kaafi daring vibes.
