Hrithik Roshan, known for his adventures with Jaadu in Koi… Mil Gaya (continued as Krrish) had a conversation with fellow actor Ryan Gosling. Ahead of Gosling’s much-anticipated Project Hail Mary, the two superstars spoke on several topics, including their strange alien connection! From Jaadu and Rocky to a possible Mumbai trip, read to find out what the pair discussed in their short conversation.
Hrithik Roshan And Ryan Gosling Talk About Project Hail Mary, Acting, And More
Project Hail Mary is based on an Andy Weir novel, and apparently, Hrithik Roshan is a big fan of the source material. He mentioned the video clip where he’s shown teaching the ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ choreography to Rocky, while detailing their alien connection (remember Jaadu going “Dhoop”?).
Next, he spoke about how Ryan Gosling read the book to prepare as well. Roshan said that he posted about the book on Instagram, calling it “the best sci-fi book” he’d ever read. He said he watched the trailer afterward and was hoping the movie would live up to his very high expectations.
He asked The Notebook actor what he thought of when he was playing a particular scene where he tears up when he didn’t want to go to space. Hrithik Roshan clarified that he had been intrigued from an acting perspective and wanted to understand Gosling’s perspective.
Ryan Gosling On How Demanding Project Hail Mary Was
The scene, according to Ryan, was among the last ones they filmed. Adding that it took five years to wrap up the movie, he said he had a “hundred days alone on camera.” While he is known for his versatility, he considered Project Hail Mary one of the “most difficult films” he’d been in. It apparently consumed a lot out of him, more than any project before.
Stating that the scene came at a time he already felt “broken down,” he said he was already highly affected. Crediting his scene partner Sandra Huler, he added that she brought in a “beautiful emotion” without it being harsh. Turns out, her acting was so brilliant that he barely had to act himself; he was reacting to her portrayal.
Hrithik Roshan invited Ryan Gosling to Mumbai, too, and we can’t wait to see this duo take on the town. What a refreshing pairing between two attractive stars, who have become known for their stunning acting!
Project Hail Mary will be available in cinemas from March 26, 2026.
