Recently, the Hollywood star Gal Gadot shed light on the very risky cerebral venous thrombosis that happens during pregnancy. She opened up about being diagnosed with a massive brain clot when she was pregnant with her fourth baby. For the unversed, the Heart Of Stone star welcomed her fourth baby, a baby girl, in 2024. Gal Gadot Reveals About Brain Surgery During Pregnancy
The Hollywood star spoke about the brain surgery at an event in Beverly Hills. As per an article by Variety, Gal Gadot said that her life came to a halt for three weeks after she experienced severe headache. The actor also added that she was managing her work, life and family when she was eight months pregnant with her fourth child. Gal Gadot revealed that her mother insisted her on getting an MRI, and the results were disturbing. She recalled about getting a call from her doctor who asked her to immediately come to the hospital. The actor further added that she was diagnosed with cerebral venous thrombosis. Gal Gadot opened up about her exact feelings during that time and how she felt completely numb. As per the actor, she started to make all the bad conclusions about death and wondering whether or not she would be saved by the doctors.
Furthermore, Gal Gadot hailed the doctors at the Cedars-Sinai hospital for their swift actions. As per the actor, her baby Ori was delivered within three hours and she underwent the brain clot surgery, the next day. The actor thanked the doctors for giving her two gifts, one her daughter and the other a second chance at life.
On the work front, Gal Gadot was most recently seen in Heart Of Stone that released in 2023. Her next much-awaited film in Snow White, in which the actor has been confirmed to play the evil witch.
