Yes, one fan took to their X (Previously Twitter) account and wrote, “Abhishek intentionally posted an old picture having the same background as Laila’s. They were together then, but it might be over now because he’s unfollowed her, and the song he chose literally says “MAIN TUJHSE GOODBYE MAANGTA HOON, MERI JAAN.” These breakup speculations also arose because Laila had already uploaded this picture on January 3.
