While the 37-year-old singer has not officially revealed the gender of her baby, fans are convinced she has been dropping subtle hints about having a baby girl after two boys, RZA and Riot.

Speculations about Rihanna’s baby started when she shared the cover for HOMMEGIRLS Volume 14 on her Instagram. She was seen striking a pose with her baby bump on full display while wearing a plaid shirt with pink cargo pants. She wrote, “HOMMEGIRLS VOLUME 14 feat. My next fashion killa,” as her caption. Very soon, fans began speculating about the choice of her ensemble and stated that it was a subtle hint about the gender of her baby. They wondered if pink cargo pants meant a baby girl.

One user commented, “I so hope this means you’re having a girl. Congratulations.” Another fan of RiRi asked her, “Tell us, baby, is the girl we’re waiting for???????” while another said, “We’re getting a baby girl Fenty.” Well, this isn’t the first time that the singer’s fans have suspected that her third child is with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky, is a girl.
At the world premiere of The Smurfs Movie in Brussels in June, the couple revealed information about their next child. Rihanna was asked about her baby’s gender during an interview with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet. Coyly, she said, “Let’s see whether it’s a Smurfette! I do not know. It could also be a Papa Smurf. “Who knows!”
