Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan recently talked about his and Abhishek Bachchan’s craze for watching late-night sports. In a recent revelation while hosting the reality show called Kaun Banega Crorepati, he shared that the father-son duo often puts on headphones to avoid disturbing actor Jaya Bachchan and the rest of their families from their sleep. What Amitabh Bachchan Said
It started after Amitabh Bachchan revealed that he and Abhishek Bachchan were very interested in sports, after which he recalled a fun family situation. When asked if his wife Jaya Bachchan ever objected to them watching matches at home, Big B burst into laughter and confirmed it while stating that he asks his wife to go to sleep while he and Abhishek watch TV the whole night. He further explained how they made sure everyone is asleep while they watch their match. The veteran star often puts on headphones or puts the volume very low so as not to disturb anyone. He also said that maintaining silence when their team wins is often difficult since they would want to shout, but are afraid to wake anyone up.

During an episode on the reality TV show, Bachchan recalled how late actor Dharmendra’s home was “free for all” where even people from his village and elsewhere would come anytime. Recalling a particular incident, he said that one day, when Dharmendra returned to his home, he saw 4-5 men on his stairs and wasn’t even aware who they were. When asked, they replied that they were from his village, which led to him wondering whether his wife must have invited them. Amitabh said that Dharmendra would not even remember how many people came and went from his house and recalled that he was always warm to everyone.
