A teaser of their next film titled Heer Ranjha was dropped on Valentine’s Day. Backed by Imtiaz Ali and Ektaa Kapoor, the film will be directed by Sajid Ali. We were all wondering about the lead stars of this film, and looks like we finally have some closure about it. Reportedly, the lead role will be played by Rohit Saraf. Read here for more.
Lead Actor In Heer Ranjha
A teaser announcement for Heer Ranjha was made by the makers on Valentine’s Day. The duo Imtiaz Ali and Sajid Ali has got us excited about this project already, and we are curious to know more about it. But for now, the lead male actor for Heer Ranjha has been announced. As per a Variety India report, Rohit Saraf has been finalised for this role. The actor who has featured in shows and films like Mismatched, Ludo Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, and Dear Zindagi among others. Furthermore, the report suggests that a newcomer has been locked for the role opposite Rohit Saraf, however, the details about it have not been shared.
Well, Rohit Saraf is already loved for his role as a romantic hero, and therefore it would be interesting to see him explore a more layered character in movie based on the classic Heer Ranjha love story.
