Hansika Motwani Walks Away From Marriage With Sohael Khaturiya Without Claiming Alimony: Reports

In recent events, famous actor Hansika Motwani and her husband and businessman Sohael Khaturiya, have been granted a divorce by the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai. The actress appeared in the court seeking separation by mutual consent, and amid this, she reportedly chose to let go of any claims to streedhan or alimony. Read to know more about the case here.

Amid the court proceedings, Advocate Adnan Shaikh represented Hansika Motwani and said that after their marriage, the duo lived together only for a short period of time. And with them, they realised that there were many differences in their opinions, temperaments, and lifestyles, which ultimately led to constant disagreements. As per the plea, they often fought over small issues, which increased the difficulty for them to live together under the same roof, and eventually decided to part ways.
The plea further alleged that the relatives, friends, and parents of Hansika and Sohael tried to reconcile them and encouraged them to continue living together. However, all these attempts to save their marriage did not work out, and the duo mutually agreed to separate and end their marriage. The two have been living apart for quite some time now. Though their relationship had allegedly turned sour, Motwani and Khaturiya held discussions and decided to proceed with a mutual divorce.

Both of them filed their affidavits, and neither made any claims or demanded anything against the other. For the unversed, the duo got married in a traditional Hindu ceremony on December 4, 2022, at Mandota Fort in Jaipur. The duo did not have any kids from the marriage. Motwani, who began as a kid performer with the television show Shaka Laka Boom Boom and the film Koi… Mil Gaya later became a well-known actor in South cinema.
