About Hailey Bieber, Justin Bieber
As per TMZ, a letter by the Bieber couple’s attorney to TikToker Julie Theis claimed that she shared fabricated, outrageous, and defamatory content about Hailey and Justin’s marriage on social media. As per the letter, Julie Theis was the one who called their marriage an abusive relationship, which stemmed from drug addiction. The duo claimed that the claims made by her on TikTok were highly damaging to them.
This led them to send a cease and desist, demanding the removal of the videos posted by Theis on her social media, claiming that they were in an abusive relationship. Julie was also asked to refrain from posting such defamatory content about the Bieber couple. The influencer also reacted to this case and said that her comments on social media were ‘opinion-based’ commentary on their relationship dynamic and power.
In a chat with the outlet, Julie shared that she was concerned that Hailey and Justin were stopping her from expressing her own opinion. She added that she had the right to free speech without legal intimidation, saying that she took it to be extremely elitist for someone to stop others from expressing their opinions just because they disagreed.
