Winny Thanawan and Satang Kittiphop drew attention as Win and Sound in My School President. Due to their push-and-pull relationship, the pairing was appreciated for being unique. Later, the duo starred in 2023’s spinoff Our Skyy 2, reprising their roles. Fans also admired their pairing in We Are in 2025, where they played college students.
The news was especially surprising because the on-screen partners were set to star in a 2026 series, My Professional Boyfriend. Now, however, the teaser has been taken down from GMMTV’s official YouTube channel. Additionally, their pair X (formerly, Twitter) is also deactivated.
In a statement released on March 3, 2026, GMMTV said that the two had reached this description with “mutual understanding and respect” about their individual careers in the future. Despite this, the company clarified that the pair would honour their commitments. The upcoming ‘Ceryoxy Advanced x Winny Satang’ schedule would proceed as planned.
Winny, Satang Break Up: Heartbroken Fans React To The Sudden News
Fans took to social media to voice their sadness. Many were flabbergasted because there was no warning, and they saw the decision as sudden. Others were concerned about the fate of their mutually created character, Samruay.
Calling him a “child of divorce”, supporters seemed placated when multiple GMMTV actors put up supportive messages on X. From Gemini to Phuwin, the actors assured fans that the child would be well taken care of.
In fact, even Winny Thanawan and Satang Kittiphop remarked on the same. They insinuated they would co-parent Samruay. In a sense, the sloth bear stands in for fans. So, this assuaged dejected supporters who weren’t expecting this news.
