Ghoomer Celeb Review: Geeta Basra, Amitabh Bachchan And More Celebs Are All Praises For Saiyami Kher, Abhishek

Saiyami Kher and Abhishek Bachchan have teamed up to star in the recently released sports drama film titled Ghoomer. The poster and the trailer of the film piqued the audience’s interest because Saiyami plays an amputee cricket player who is coached by Abhishek. Directed by R Balki, Ghoomer also stars Shabana Azmi and Angad Bedi in the lead role. There was a special screening of the film scheduled which was attended by celebrities and cricketers. Geeta Basra, Amitabh Bachchan, Virendra Sehwag, and more celebs have showered praise and appreciation on the film.

Geeta Basra took to her Instagram to share her thoughts about Saiyami Kher and Abhishek Bachchan’s Ghoomer film, and wrote that the film has everything it takes to make it a hit one. She also congratulated the cast and crew of the film.

Amitabh Bachchan is on cloud nine right now seeing son Abhishek Bachchan’s performance in Ghoomer. He tweeted about Abhishek’s performance and wrote that he has played the most complex characters in films at a young age. Appreciating his efforts, Big B also wrote that his performances in all his films are ‘convincing and all successful’.’

Virendra Sehwag also watched Ghoomer and shared his review of the film on Twitter. He wrote that he really enjoyed watching the movie also that the film is loaded with emotion ad inspiration.

Ajinkya Rahane showered love on Saiyami Kher’s role in Ghoomer and said that she was really good in the film. He also added that he knows how difficult it is to bowl with your left hand when you are right-handed.

Harsha Bhogle also was in awe of Saiyami Kher’s performance as she has mastered the on-drive, backfoot and other shots which are actually played by the cricketers on the field. he added that Kher is not just an actor in the film but a ‘proper cricketer’.
