German Woman Involved In Lee Yi Kyung Case Seeks Official Help From Korean Embassy

Lee Yi Kyung's agency responded by saying that they are getting ready to file a lawsuit.

Marry My Husband actor Lee Yi Kyung has recently been making headlines after a German woman accused him of engaging in inappropriate and explicit conversation with her. The woman had previously taken back her claims; however, she later revealed that she was forced to say that her allegations were false. She also recently shared videos of text conversations with the actor to debunk that her evidence is AI-generated. Read on to know more. 

German Woman Reveals She Requested Assistance From Korean Embassy In Lee Yi Kyung’s Case

The victim, who is also known as Ms A, took to her Instagram today on December 30, to state that her conversations with Lee Yi Kyung began on Instagram and were later moved to Kakao Talk. This was when the s*xually explicit messages began. The woman claims that she engaged in the conversation during earlier stages; however, she paused when I became serious. 

Lee Yi Kyung’s accuser also stated that even if she did engage in the s*xually explicit texts, that does not mean that she consented to everything that followed after. She said that after hearing r*pe remarks in April, she decided that she could not endure more and chose to cut off all communication with the actor. 

Ms A also debunked the claims that she demanded money from Yi Kyung’s company. She explained that after Lee Yi Kyung’s r*pe remarks back in April, she started compiling materials to document his problematic behaviour. She then reported all the information to his company and did not threaten or demand money from them.

Ms A also listed the s*xual remarks the Marry My Husband actor sent her and revealed that she has requested assistance from the Korean Embassy in Germany. Talking about the situation, the alleged victim stated, “This is not merely a private matter but an issue of public responsibility and social influence. I am continuing my response to clarify the facts concerning the actor and his agency.”

Sangyoung Entertainment, Lee Yi Kyung’s agency, responded to the case by stating that it is getting ready to file a lawsuit regarding the dissemination of damaging rumours and incorrect information. The agency said that it will take time to identify the accused and wrap up the inquiry after promptly filing a complaint and finishing the complainant’s statement.
