One of the first crushes that I ever had on an actor in Bollywood has to be hands-down Hrithik Roshan. And I know for a fact that I’m not alone; most women and men have had a crush on him for his looks, dance, acting, etc. So, it wouldn’t come as a surprise to you that I’ve been super excited ever since the makers of Vikram Vedha dropped the first look of the actor on his birthday. Yep, that actually happened. The producers, T-series, and Reliance Entertainment dropped the first look of the movie to mark Hrithik Roshan’s birthday and the picture is enough to cause quite a stir on social media.
On January 10, 2022, the makers of Vikram Vedha, which is a Hindi remake of the superhit Tamil film with the same name, dropped the first look of the character Vedha played by the birthday boy, Hrithik Roshan. In fact, even the actor took to his social media to share the first picture of himself from the movie. The movie is a neo-noir crime thriller that is based on the Indian meta-folktale Vikram aur Betaal.
The first look of Hrithik Roshan as Vedha in the movie Vikram Vedha is enough to instil curiosity. I mean, in the picture released by the makers, he looks so battered up, and yet the attitude and the style don’t seem to have taken the hit. It looks riveting, to say the least.
Vikram Vedha is a story that revolves around a tough police officer who is out tracking down a tough gangster to kill him. Besides Hrithik Roshan who is playing Vedha, the Hindi remake will also star Saif Ali Khan in the lead and Radhika Apte playing a key role.

The movie starring Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte, and Rohit Saraf is produced by S. Sashikanth and Bhushan Kumar. And the makers are Gulshan Kumar, T-Series Films, and Reliance Entertainment in association with Friday Filmworks, and YNOT Studios Production.
The Tamil movie, Vikram Vedha starring Vijay Sethupathi and R. Madhavan, was a blockbuster in India and abroad back in 2017 when it was released. And the original writer-director – Pushkar and Gayatri – are also the ones working on the Hindi remake. Needless to say, there are high expectations from this one! The movie is all set to release on September 30, 2022.
