Here’s what happened to them!

FIR Filed Against Rana Daggubati And More

According to the police investigation, various celebrities and influencers have been accused of marketing illegal gambling applications, including Rana Daggubati, Prakash Raj, Vijay Deverakonda, Lakshmi Manchu, Praneetha, Nidhi Agarwal, Ananya Nagella, Siri Hanumanthu, Sreemukhi, Varshini Sounderajan, and many others. The petition highlights that these apps and platforms are inflicting widespread financial harm, particularly among low- and middle-income families who are duped into believing they can make quick money.

The Telangana police have charged the accused under various sections of the TS Gaming Act and the IT Act, including Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, which deals with cheating and identity theft. These apps often rely on celebrities to build credibility, leading vulnerable individuals to invest large sums of money and face financial ruin.
