Farhan Akhtar Reportedly Wants To Focus On Jee Le Zaraa

This was huge news because the project was originally announced in 2021 and since then, fans had been patiently waiting for an update on the same. Now that Don 3’s casting remains an important step for Farhan Akhtar after Ranveer Singh’s reported exit, it is being said that he wants to now focus more on Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt starrer film. As per Pinkvilla, an insider stated that Jee Le Zaraa has always been special for the director. They added that with Don 3 consuming time in the casting process, Farhan felt that this was the right period to revive conversations with the original team and push the project ahead.
It was also claimed that the script has been finalised and if the dates of all three actresses align then the said film could go on floors in the second half of 2026. The insider also said that Farhan has begun conversations with all three actresses and is hopeful that their timelines can match. They added that everyone is keen and now it’s just about finding a common window.
