She expressed how they came to an agreement because of the same.
Farah Khan On People Ignoring Shirish Kunder
Farah Khan recently had an insightful conversation with her close friend, Sania Mirza on her podcast titled Serving It Up With Sania. During their chat the filmmaker spoke about her marriage to Shirish Kunder. She revealed how her husband was made to feel less important because she was more famous than him.
The Tees Maar Khan filmmaker bluntly said that the industry and the world is “full of a**holes.” She added that they will give more importance to the person who is more successful at that moment. Farah shared that people would only talk to her and ignore Shirish which was not liked by either of them. The director revealed that they came to an agreement that if he was not comfortable going out with a particular set of people, he should not join them. Farah stated that she wants her husband to be “happy and at peace.”
For the unversed, Farah and Shirish also share a professional relationship. The duo worked together in films including Om Shanti Om, Jaan-E-Mann, Tees Maar Khan and Main Hoon Na. They got married in 2004 and welcomed their triplets, Diva, Anya and Czar in 2008.
