She revealed that she experienced inappropriate behaviour from a male co-actor while working with him on a major pan-Indian film. This shocked everyone when she said that she even slapped him. As per reports, Pooja Hegde said that she was thrilled when she was locked for a big-budget pan-Indian film, and that working opposite a star hero felt like a major milestone. However, the excitement was wiped off after the man entered her caravan without her consent and started behaving inappropriately. She allegedly admitted to getting shocked and mentally disturbed, and that she immediately slapped him, and he never worked with her again. Hegde reportedly said that the actor quickly left his caravan after that.

Though many have been discussing this interview, none of them is official. Meanwhile, prominent industry tracker Ramesh Bala took to his official X (previously Twitter) handle to say that the claimed viral interview with Pooja Hegde that has been spreading online is completely bogus. This alleged interview also led to a massive debate about who the co-star was. While one side of the fans claims that it might be Prabhas during the shoot of Radhe Shyam, others argue that she might have been referring to DJ: Duvvada Janannatham and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo co-star Allu Arjun.

A large group of cinephiles on the internet are now falsely believing that Pooja Hegde was hinting at one of her co-stars from Telugu cinema, as she was most active in Tollywood so far. Some of them are busy pointing out that there were rumours on the actress’ fall out with pan-India superstar Prabhas, during the filming of their film, Radhe Shyam. Industry peers also reportedly confirmed that this was fake.
